📝 Instructions for Visiting Faculty Application

• Only one application per applicant is allowed.
• New applicant? Just click Register here to create your account using your CNIC and password.
• If already registered, use your CNIC and password to login.
• Prepare the following information before applying:
  • Personal Info: Father Name, DOB, Contact, etc.
  • Academic Records: From Matric to PhD (if any)
  • Job Experience: Start/End Date, Responsibilities, Organization
  • Select appropriate Discipline, Department, and Campus
• Upload the following documents (Max file size: 900 KB each):
  • CV (PDF or DOC)
  • Scanned Bank Slip (clear and legible)
• Validation rules:
  • Passing year must be 4 digits (e.g. 2020)
  • Obtained marks must not exceed total marks
  • Experience end date cannot be before start date
• Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation with a link to download/print your application.
• Ensure you complete your application before the last date. The portal will close afterward.
